The firm and its associates presently comprise of 3 partners and a total staff force of 17 full time professional staff and over ten associate consultants.

Our associates include professionals in different disciplines such as Human Resource, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Information Technology, environmental issues, procurement services, financial Services, tax and legal services. Most of the professional staff are affiliated to various professional bodies including ICPAK, CA, ICM, LSK, and CPSK among others. I'm the CEO!!!

CPA. Wycliffe N. Michoki

CPA Michoki is the Managing Partner at the firm, bringing over nine years of experience in audit and assurance services. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and an associate member of the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from KCA University. Prior to founding the firm, CPA Michoki worked with a well-recognized second-tier audit firm, gaining extensive experience in both local and international audits. He has led public sector audits funded by major international organizations, including the EU, UN agencies (UNFPA, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNAIDS, UNFAO, UNDP, UNWOMEN), DFID, USAID, DANIDA, NORAD, SIDA, the Ford Foundation, the Global Fund, and many others. His work has taken him across Africa and the Middle East, including assignments in Somalia, Swaziland, Malawi, South Sudan, Puntland, Somaliland, Dubai, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Uganda, and Tanzania. CPA Michoki possesses strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

CPA Erastus O. Ageda

CPA Erastus O. Ageda is the Assurance Partner at M.N. Cliff & Associates. A certified public accountant by profession, Erastus has a strong foundation in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). His career has been marked by significant growth in financial management and consultancy. He holds audit and assurance practice licenses from both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). Academically, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyatta University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi. CPA Erastus has gained extensive experience in private and public sector audits, working with reputable second-tier international audit and assurance firms. He has led audits and consultancy assignments for major donor-funded projects supported by organizations such as UNFPA, DANIDA, EU, UNDP, DFID, World Bank, SIDA, UNOCHA, USAID, UNHCR, WFP, UNICEF, and NORAD. His portfolio also includes key assignments for government institutions such as Kenya Railways Corporation (KRC), the Office of the Auditor General (Kenya and Rwanda), Rwanda Development Board (RDB), Kenya Roads Board (KRB), and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

CPA John Musyoki

CPA John Musyoki is a qualified accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial accounting, financial management, audit, and taxation. His expertise spans across various sectors, including multinational corporations, manufacturing firms, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). John has been actively involved in numerous assignments for NGO programs funded by international donors such as USADF, USAID, DFID, CDC, UNDP, UNHCR, SIDA, and UNOCHA. His key engagements include work on SOS Children’s Villages projects in Somaliland and Somalia, supported by donors such as DRA, BMZ, HGFD, and USAID. He has also conducted funding assessments for AU-IBAR and the Northern Rangelands Trust (NRT), as well as partner assessments for UNHCR. Throughout his career, John has gained valuable international experience, having worked in multiple countries including Kenya, Somalia, Somaliland, Uganda, Tanzania, Botswana, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Sudan.

Mrs. Faith Mailu

Mrs. Faith Mailu is the Business Development Manager at the firm, with a strong specialization in project monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management (with a minor in Economics) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance option) from Daystar University. She is also a CPA Finalist. Faith has built a solid career in the development sector, having previously worked with an NGO in Somalia where she implemented nutrition, livelihoods, and WASH projects funded by agencies such as UNICEF, UNOCHA, WFP, and UNFAO. She has completed various specialized trainings in project management, including WASH Essentials in Emergencies conducted by RED R (UK), the Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programme (TSFP) by WFP at the UNCC in Mogadishu, and Project Cycle Management with a focus on Targeting and Protection Mainstreaming, among others. In her current role, Faith provides technical and programmatic expertise on donor-funded projects, with a focus on project monitoring, evaluation, and effective implementation.
