CPA. Wycliffe N. Michoki
CPA Michoki is the Managing Partner at the firm, bringing over nine years of experience in audit and assurance services. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and an associate member of the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from KCA University. Prior to founding the firm, CPA Michoki worked with a well-recognized second-tier audit firm, gaining extensive experience in both local and international audits. He has led public sector audits funded by major international organizations, including the EU, UN agencies (UNFPA, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNAIDS, UNFAO, UNDP, UNWOMEN), DFID, USAID, DANIDA, NORAD, SIDA, the Ford Foundation, the Global Fund, and many others. His work has taken him across Africa and the Middle East, including assignments in Somalia, Swaziland, Malawi, South Sudan, Puntland, Somaliland, Dubai, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Uganda, and Tanzania. CPA Michoki possesses strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
